Bool Lagoon Game Reserve

Bool Lagoon is one of the largest and most diverse freshwater lagoon systems in southern Australia. This seasonal wetland is home to a wide range of wildlife and provides essential drought refuge for many rare and endangered bird species.

Bool Lagoon Game Reserve, lcoated in the Naracoorte Lucindale Council area, is one of 110 National Parks in South Australia.  The reserves has a camping area, toilets, picnic area and lookout.  There are a number of marked walks ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
 
Hacks Lagoon Conservation Park adjoins the main basin of Bool Lagoon Game Reserve.
